Operations Manager

Lisa is the Operations Manager of PrairieFire and wife of the Founder and CEO, Matt Meline.

Lisa grew up in Northeast Iowa on a dairy farm. She attended the American Institute of Business in Des Moines, Iowa. After receiving her Associates Degree in business, she worked for 20 years in the investment business as a Registered Sales Associate. She started at Piper Jaffray & Hopwood and then moved on to Wells Fargo Private Client Services.

It was while Lisa was at Wells Fargo that she met Matt. After they were married in 2008, Lisa decided to focus her attention on their combined family. When Matt and Lisa started PrairieFire in 2019, it was a clear choice to have Lisa work closely with Matt as the Operations Manager.

Lisa and Matt live in Norwalk, Iowa. Both enjoy golfing, reading, and spending time with their four children and fur baby, Shae.
