Meet Our Team
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Matt is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of PrairieFire and husband to the Operations Manager, Lisa Meline. Matt founded PrairieFire in 2019 on the belief that financial planning and objective advice can only come from an independent team.
Operations Manager
Lisa is the Operations Manager of PrairieFire and wife of the Founder and CEO, Matt Meline. Lisa grew up in Northeast Iowa on a dairy farm. She attended the American Institute of Business in Des Moines, Iowa.
Wealth Management Associate
Will is a Wealth Management Associate at PrairieFire Wealth Planning. Will joined PrairieFire in 2023 after graduating from the University of Northern Iowa with a bachelor’s degree in Wealth Management and Real Estate.

Shae, Chief Inspiration Officer, is an 8 year old miniature Australian Shepherd. When she was just 6 months old she was in an unfortunate accident and lost one of her back legs.
